Retail Terms of Service

1. General These terms apply to all retail purchases made through our website. For wholesale inquiries, please contact us directly at matchanagomillc@gmail.com to discuss our business-to-business sales contract.

2. Orders & Payment All prices are in USD. Payment is due in full at the time of checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are an authorized user of the payment method. Please note that sales tax will be applied to orders within the United States in accordance with applicable state and local laws.

3. Shipping We ship our matcha from our facility in Los Angeles, California.

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

  • International Orders: For orders shipped outside of the United States, please be aware that customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival. Please check with your local customs office for potential costs before placing your order.

4. Returns & Refunds We want you to love your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us at matchanagomillc@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Unopened Items: We accept returns of unopened items in their original, sealed condition within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your package arrives damaged or you received the incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Perishable Nature: Due to the perishable nature of matcha, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

5. Privacy Your privacy is our priority. We only use your personal information to fulfill your orders and improve your shopping experience. We never share your data with third parties.
